Inspection For Raw Material
We have used the 100% imported plastic raw material,in addition to requiring raw material suppliers to provide SGS reports.
Quality inspection will be carried out before raw material enter the warehouse to ensure the reliability of raw materials.
Inspection During Production
Our quality control personnel will check product-lines(Injection-Assembly-Coating-Packing) regularly everyday and make the daily quality records ,if any quality issues involved,we will make the correct active plans to solve the problem at site to ensure the quality.
Final Quality Check
We conduct third-party (SGS/ITS/BV...)quality inspections after mass production to ensure all products compliant to customer’s quality standards,and our QC also will check the quality in house once again before shipment. We will make our consumers to satisfied with our quality.
